Poured foundations offer many benefits over block foundations, including unmatched strength, superior resistance to termites, rodents, decay, and ground water, and most importantly, a foundation that you can build on within 3 days.
Basic Schedule of Events: DAY 1: Footers Installed – With Form-A-Drain to solve drainage and radon gas concerns.
DAY 2: Forms set and concrete poured, including all window and door opening framing.
DAY 3: Forms are removed, foundation sealer applied, basement and garage slab poured, and framing is ready to begin.
