Go to top of mountain, and you will see a sign for Fern Mountain Development on your left. You can turn in at sign onto Fern Mountain Road, which will take you into Fern Mountain, or you can make the next left onto Camp Run Road, which will take you straight back to Fern Mountain Estates.
From Harrisburg Area:
Take PA Turnpike (West) to the Somerset Exit (#110)
Take Route 31 West Past Hidden Valley Ski Resort
As soon as you come over the top of the mountain, you can make the first right onto Camp Run Road, which will take you straight back to Fern Mountain Estates, or make the second right onto Fern Mountain Road, which will take you through Fern Mountain.
